Due to the nature of our products and the scheduling of our services, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or issue refunds once an order, service, or program has been purchased.

In-Person Personal Training

• All personal training packages and sessions are final sale and non-refundable.
• Training sessions must be used within 30 daysof the purchase date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Unused sessions remaining after 30 days will expire and are forfeited.

Meal Plan & Nutrition Coaching

• All meal plan coaching, nutrition coaching, and digital nutrition services are final sale.
• Due to the personalized nature of these services, no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued once purchased.

Peptides

• All peptide sales are final sale.
• Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds on peptide purchases for any reason.
